Slade called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

Jeff Maurer presented the Treasurer’s Report:

Checking Account Balance: $2,966.63

Cash on Hand - $195.41

Total: $3,162.04

Income: Books and Dues - $22.00

Expense - 10 Beekeeping Basic - $50.00

Number of Beekeeping Basics - 17

Number of Field Guides - 14

Very informal meeting tonight. Round table discussion about what folks are seeing in their hives. There has been no word regarding the status of the Solar Farm yet. Chip Carpenter mentioned he has his list together to submit to them regarding our initial needs when they are ready for it. This list includes a shed.

Linda Carpenter will reach out to the folks who attended the Beginning Beekeeping class regarding interest in having the 4th and final session of the class - “Around the Hive” in an effort to get this event coordinated.

We discussed talking about extracting honey for our June topic. Doug Anderson will share his presentation with us.

The meeting adjourned at approximately 8:20 p.m.
